Service Description

Our Court-Ordered Gun Safety Course is specifically tailored for individuals mandated by the Court, District Attorney, or Parole/Probation to complete a firearms safety program. This comprehensive course is designed to provide participants with a Court-ordered certificate of attendance in firearms safety, covering essential topics such as safe handling practices and pertinent NC laws governing firearm possession and use. Who Should Attend This course is intended for individuals who, due to various circumstances, have been directed by the Court to undergo firearms safety training. Whether mandated as part of probation, pretrial conditions, or another legal requirement, completing a firearms safety class is often a necessary step towards compliance. Course Overview Delivered in a classroom environment, our non-firing safety class focuses exclusively on gun safety in residential, professional, and community settings. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of: -Firearm safety principles -Relevant NC gun laws By successfully completing this course, participants will fulfill their Court-ordered obligation for firearms safety training and receive a certificate of attendance as required.
